Registration
Registration is required In order to use the OptionToProfit.com Web site. Blogs, Information or DEMO sites do not require registration.
Registration information for subscription services will not be shared with any entities outside of the ACS Consulting family of web sites and programs.
If your registration is approved your personal contact information will not be shared with any entity outside of ACS Consulting.
ACS Consulting is the sole owner of Option to Profit and OptiontoProfit.com Potentially sensitive information, such as social security number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) will never be requested on our site.
Orders
If you submitted a purchase order to one of our affiliated retailers we do not request personally identifiable information from you on our Submission form. You may choose to provide your e-mail address, but it is completely at the discretion of the user.
If you provided an e-mail address a confirmation of your submission will be sent to you via e-mail.
No personally identifying information, nor financial information, such as credit card number, is forwarded to us by the retailer. The retailer may provide us with information regarding the items purchased, but no other personally identifying information
If you provided an e-mail address we may use this information if there is a discrepancy between your submission data and the activity report submitted to us by the retailer.
Additionally, if you contacted us via e-mail and provided any other contact information, such as telephone number, we may use that information to contact you. That information will not be shared with any other parties.
If you are the individual coordinating a fundraising campaign we may use the information that you provided to us to contact you. We will not disclose that information to any other parties.
Application and Submission Forms
The Submission Forms that are utilized in the various sites require e-mail validation. Your e-mail or payment address will never be shared with any entity, other than ACS Cinsulting affiliates organizations or sites.
Excel Spreadsheets
Excel spreadsheets that you submit to us with your baseline portfolio holdings are stored on local workstations and may be updated with information that you submit to us on your Submission Forms. They are then loaded onto the OTP Server. The link for your file is sent only to you and is not shared with any other subscribers, nor with any other commercial interests.
The information that you supply is held in strict confidence. The spreadsheets will never contain identifying information.
Social Security Numbers or Taxpayer Identification Numbers
We will never require your social security number.
ISurveys or Polls
From time to time we may we may provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our site. No identifying information is requested, however, our system logs activity that can be used to identify respondents.
Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary.
We will never use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.
Uses of Information
We use this information to modify our site to better meet the needs of the individuals using it. We utilize your contact information to obtain greater detail about your suggestions by directly contacting you in response to your suggestions, if you have provided such approval.

Communications from the site are limited and are undertaken only in the following situations.
Buy/Sell Recommendations
Alerts will be sent either through the e-mail or cellphone, depending on the subscription plan and preferences..
Messages
Mesages are sent on a regular basis either via Text Messaging or e-mail, only insofar as they support the primary function of the service, which is to educate subscribers on the basic application of a covered option investing strategy and to inform subscribers of updates to the web site or articles of interest. It will never be used to sell products or services.
Customer Service
If you contacted us via e-mail we will use the personally identifying information that you sent us in order to contact you. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request. We will communicate with you by e-mail or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

We do not store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, [and/or third party sources] to create a “profile” of your preferences. We do not tie your personally identifiable information, nor your communication history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you.
We do not share your limited information or profile with other third parties.
Supplementation of Information
We will never supplement the personal information you submitted to us with information from third party sources. We will not perform Credit Checks, Address verifications nor purchase marketing data from third parties.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our fundraising partners or subscription base. This information does not identify individual users. The data sharing is limited to reporting the number of individual purchase or portfolio orders that were submitted in support of a focused fundraising activity or portfolio activity.
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.
